Privacy policy
Green Sweet has a website with information about sugar substitutes, recipes and retail points. In addition, all Green Sweet products can be ordered via this website directly. For the latter, a number of personal details is required such as your name and address. This also applies to people who have registered for our newsletter or promotions. In this privacy statement you can read everything on how personal data is collected and handled, such as an explanation on where and for what purpose data is stored. You will also find all rights regarding these data and how to use them.
Orders
In order to handle orders correctly, Green Sweet needs certain data from you. Such data could be a home address for the shipment of your order, for example. The data you will need to provide is the minimum required for offering our services and/or products.
Newsletters
Newsletters are sent via Mailchimp, a widely used platform for creating and sending emails. When signing up for the newsletter, both your name and email address are stored in a secure environment by Mailchimp. The storage of these data is indefinite. However, you are able to unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of the newsletter or by sending an email to [email protected].

When contacting Green Sweet via email, data such as name and email address will be stored on the mail server.
Cookies
When visiting the Green Sweet website, certain data is collected. These data may include visit frequency, browser type or, for example, IP address. But also the pages visited, the duration of the user sessions and any previously visited websites are registered. Security
Data are stored in the systems and software of Green Sweet and/or the aforementioned partners. They are always password protected and the devices that access data are themselves locked with their own password. In addition, visits to the Green Sweet website are secured by an SSL certificate, meaning that your connection to the website is private.
