- 2 eggs

- 100 grams of applesauce 0%

- 125 grams of flour

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1 tsp lemon zest

 

 

Mix the eggs with the Extra Sweet for 10 minutes to a foamy mass. Add the applesauce and lemon zest.

Fold the flour and baking powder into the mixture. Put the batter in the fridge for 1 hour.

Then put this in molds and bake them for 8 minutes in a preheated oven at 190 degrees.

Let them cool down and then you can dip them in dark chocolate if necessary
