Oat Fritters from the Airfryer
You need this:
(for about 10 fritters)
- two apples, washed and covered
- 250 grams oatmeal (dry)
- 2 large tablespoons of Greensweet Extra Sweet
- a teaspoon of 07 pancake seasonings or ceylon cinnamon powder
- a grooy egg
- 200 ml of water or oat milk
- Greensweet Icing
This is how you make it:
Preheat the airfryer to 200 degrees (5 minutes). Drill the cores out of the apples and cut them into slices. Stir well all the ingredients for the batter into a bowl. Line the baking lift with a piece of baking paper to prevent leaks. Always get an apple slice through the batter and put in the bucket lift. Tip with some batter the open pieces with batter. Fry the fritters (200 degrees) for 9 minutes. Turn the fritters over, and bake for 5 minutes.
Then sprinkle them with Greensweet Icing.
