Low-carbohydrate apple cake
What do you need:
- 4-5 gold rushes
- 140 grams of almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 80 grams of butter
- 70 grams of Green Sweet Erythritol
- cinnamon to taste
- baking pan with a diameter of 26 cm
This is how you make this delicious low-carbohydrate apple cake:
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
- cut 2 apples in half, remove the core and cut into cubes (leave the skin on)
- Put this in a pan with a layer of water, cinnamon and let it steam
- Mash into applesauce and let it thicken a bit if necessary
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour with egg, melted butter and Green Sweet Erythritol
- Add the applesauce to the dough and mix
- Pour the mix into a baking tin lined with baking paper
- Cut the other apples into slices and place them overlapping with the dough
- Sprinkle a little more melted butter and some Green Sweet Erythritol over the cake
- Leave to cook in the oven to the desired color.
