Chocolate brownies
What do you need:
- 300 grams of chocolate (85%)
- 120 grams of unsalted butter
- 100 ml of whipped cream
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 6 eggs
- 4 tbsp Green Sweet Sweet
This is how you make these delicious low-carb brownies:
- Heat the oven for p 175 degrees
- Melt the butter and chocolate in a pan
- Let this cool for a few minutes
- Add the vanilla essence
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, whipped cream and the Green Sweet Sweet
- Add this mixture to the chocolate
- Line a 21 cm square baking pan with baking paper and fill it with the chocolate mixture
- Bake for about 25 - 30 minutes
- Test if the dough is good by pricking it with a skewer (it must come out dry)
- Decorate with whipped cream or whatever you like.
Tip: also great for putting nuts through the dough!
