Carrot cake breakfast
What do you need:
Dry ingredients;
- 50 grams of oats
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of cake / gingerbread spices
- optional: teaspoon of vanilla or vanilla extract
- small hand raisins
Wet ingredients;
- 175 ml milk (your choice)
- 20 grams of grated carrot
Topping:
- 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt OR coconut yogurt
- walnuts or pecan nuts
This is how you make this carrot cake overnight oats:
First mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Then add the "wet" to the "dry", stir well and add to a glass jar or bowl and leave in the refrigerator overnight. Just add some extra topping the next morning if desired and ready to go!
