What do you need for this fruitcake:
- 240 grams of fine (!) Almond flour divided into 2x 120 grams (macaroon quality)
- 80 grams of Green Sweet Sweet
- 2 caps vanilla water-based extract
- 5 large eggs
- pinch of sea salt
- 80 grams of whipped cream 35% fat
- 50 grams of fresh raspberries + extra
- 50 grams of fresh blueberries + extra
