Keto waffles
A very simple and quick to prepare recipe that we received via instagram from @foodbyla_
What do you need:
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- 3 little eggs,
- 1 teaspoon baking powder,
- Greensweet Syrup Gold
- fresh fruit
- cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
- blender
- waffel iron
This is how you make these delicious keto waffles:
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them into a batter.
- bake in a waffle iron
- For topping: cottage cheese or Greek yogurt, fresh fruit and Syrup Gold
