Chocolate chip cookie dough
You need this for 6-8 servings
- 400 grams of pre-cooked chickpeas (drained weight)
- 4 Tbsp pure peanut butter made from 100% peanuts
- 2 EL Green Sweet Syrup Gold
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- 2 EL of water
- 50 grams of chocolate chips , I used the sugar free from KoRo or use 80% dark chocolate cut into small pieces.
This is how you make the healthy chocolate chip cookie dough:
Put all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a food processor and let it run until smooth. Add some extra water if necessary. Stir in the chocolate chips and spoon into a glass jar.
Store the cookie dough in the refrigerator.
