Apple pie snack balls
What do you need:
- 100 grams of dried apple
- 35 grams of almond flour
- 35 grams of oatmeal
- 100 grams of medjoul dates
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 4 teaspoons of Sweet Cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
That's how you make it:
Combine all of the above ingredients in a food processor and mix. Scoop out a little of the mixture with a spoon, knead it again in your hands and roll the batter into balls.
Let it stiffen in the refrigerator for a moment so that the flavors can easily mix.
