Chocolate mousse (Vegan, without avocado and banana)
In this recipe I made my own aqua faba. For this I used the cooking liquid from chickpeas. You can make this very easily, by rinsing the soaked chickpeas and refilling the pan with water and boiling it for about an hour. In the meantime, top up the evaporated cooking liquid with a little water, so that you have enough cooking liquid. )
What you need: This recipe makes 2 large dessert glasses of chocolate mousse.
- 450 ml aqua faba (see explanation above)
- 20 grams of Johannes bread gum
- 3 heaping tablespoons of organic low-fat cocoa powder
- 2 large full tablespoons Green Sweet Extra Sweet
To garnish:
- cocoa nibs
This is how you make it:
Place all ingredients in a grease-free bowl. Beat the mass until everything has turned into a mousse. Divide between two glasses, and sprinkle with the cocoa nibs.
You can of course dress up the mousse with many more goodies. Think of:
- grated coconut
- coconut chips
- slivered almonds
- goj berries and raisins
- ceylon cinnamon
- vanilla bourbon
Store the mousse in the refrigerator.
