Preheat the over to 180 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together and knead into a smooth dough.

Cover 10 muffin molds with the dough: make sure that the edges are well covered and that you make a big hole in the middle.

Bake the cakes light brown in about 45 minutes and cook in the preheated oven.

Let the cupcakes cool before you go loose with fillings and decorations!
