mango roll ups
What do you need:
1 ripe mango (200 grams without pit and skin),
50 ml coconut yogurt,
2 tbsp lemon juice,
6-8 drops Green Sweet mango (to taste)
a sachet of agaranta (6 grams).
This is how you make it:
Step 1
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
You can of course also use a mold with which you can make all kinds of small candies.
Step 2
Add all ingredients to the blender except the agaranta. Blend into a smooth smoothie.
Step 3
Pour 100 ml of smoothie into a saucepan and add the agaranta. Stir well. Now add the rest of the smoothie.
Step 4
Place the saucepan on the stove and bring to a boil. Keep stirring well for 1-2 minutes. It is important that no lumps are present.
Step 5
Remove the pan from the heat and taste to see if it is that way. Otherwise, add some Green Sweet mango.
Step 6
Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread into a thin paste. About 0.5 cm. Let it set in the fridge.
Step 7
When it is stiff, about after 1 hour you can cut out strips. You can leave the parchment paper on. I keep the candies in the fridge.
