Little Power Balls
The number of balls depends on how large you make them yourself.
What do you need:
8 dates,
8 dried figs,
1-2 teaspoon cinnamon
6-8 drops of Green Sweet Vanilla.
Top: puffed quinoa or think of cocoa nibs, raw cacao, cinnamon or crushed nuts.
This is how you make it:
Step 1
Do you have hard dates? Soak this for 10-20 minutes in warm water.
Step 2
Add the dates, figs and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in the food processor. Turn on. Do you already have a sticky ball? Then taste. Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and some Green Sweet Vanilla. Switch on your food processor.
Step 3
Roll up your sleeves and make small balls from the sticky mixture.
Step 4
Roll the balls in, for example, puffed quinoa or whatever you like and enjoy.
Step 5
Keep the balls in a sealed drum in the refrigerator.
