- 130 grams Green Sweet brown
- 200 grams of flour
- 1 egg
- 100 grams chocolate pure
- pinch of salt
Kitchen stuff
- Baking tray
- Baking paper
Storage advice
- If you do not eat them all in 1x, you can keep the cookies in an air-tight box or drum for a week.
This is how you make it:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cut the butter into small pieces and put them together with the Greensweet brown and the egg in a bowl. Stir well until it is a smooth mix. Then add the flour and the pinch of salt and knead the whole into a smooth and firm dough.
Then chop the chocolate into small pieces with a large knife. Add the chocolate to the dough and knead it well so that the chocolate is fairly evenly distributed.
Line the baking sheet with the baking paper and make the cookies. Make sure that the cookies are about 3 to 4 cm apart, otherwise they will stick together later because the dough is still running.
Bake the cookies in 15 minutes. The cookies are still soft when they come out of the oven, but as soon as they cool down they become their beautiful crunchy self with a chewy center.
