Bliss balls
What do you need:
50 grams (unsalted) hazelnuts,
100 grams of dates,
1 tbsp raw cocoa,
1 tbsp maca (optional),
180 grams of white beans (cooked, rinsed and drained),
6-8 drops of Green Sweet liquid stevia vanilla
1-2 tbsp grated coconut.
This is how you make them:
Step 1
Put all the ingredients except the grated coconut in the food processor and turn on.
Step 2
When you have a sticky ball, you spin 20 equal balls.
Step 3
Roll the balls through the coconut and place them on a plate.
Step 4
Put the plate with the blissballs in the fridge, this will make them stiffer.
Step 5
Do you want to enjoy your blissballs for longer? Then freeze them, so that you always have a healthy snack in the freezer for a later time.
