Caramel muffins with chocolate topping
What do you need:
1.5khd per muffin
- 45 g butter
- 75 g of almond flour
- 20 g of coconut flour
- 3 eggs
- 10 drops Green Sweet liquid stevia Caramel
- 50 g of Greek Yogurt
- 2 tl tartar baking powder
- pinch of salt
Preparation method:
Preheat the oven to 180c.
Melt the butter and then mix all ingredients into a smooth mixture.
Divide the mixture over 6 muffin molds, sprinkle with finely chopped chocolate and bake the muffins in the oven for 25 minutes.
