Muffins with apple
What do you need:
- 300 grams of flour
- 2.5 tsp baking powder
- 100 grams Greensweet Brown
- 100 ml neutral oil (I used peanut oil)
- 150 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 apple (golden renet)
- 1 tablespoon Greensweet Brown
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Lemon juice
- pinch of salt
This is how you make it:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Peel one large apple with a good bite and cut it into small cubes. Put the cubes in a bowl and mix in a tablespoon of Greensweet Brown , a teaspoon of cinnamon and a little lemon juice. Let this retract.
Sift the flour into a mixing bowl. Add the Greensweet Brown, the baking powder and the pinch of salt and mix briefly. Beat the eggs briefly in another bowl and add the milk, vanilla aroma and oil until combined. Add this mixture to the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir this briefly with a ladle, it does not matter if there are still a few lumps in the dough. The molds can be filled! If you use silicone molds, you have to grease them. Sprinkle them with a little Greensweet Brown , so you get a delicious crunchy top!
The muffins should bake in the oven for about 20 – 22 minutes until golden brown.
