Lemon mousse
What do you need:
120 grams of butter
9 x egg yellow
juice of 2 lemons
juice of 2 limes
12 drops of Green Sweet liquid stevia Vanilla
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
4 proteins
375 ml whipped cream
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
This is how you make it:
Melt the butter on a low heat. Smash the egg yolk one by one. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the juices and 2 and 3 drops of Green Sweet-Vanilla as well as the grated zest, mix this well, put it in a cool place.
Beat the egg whites with the remaining Greensweet stevia and vanilla essence. Fold in the egg yolk mixture. Put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
