Caramelcake
- 400 grams Skyr
- 100 grams of spelled groats (or wheat groats)
- 8 grams of baking powder
- 10 grams of cornstarch dissolved in a little cold water
- Green Sweet liquid stevia caramel
Mix the skyr with the semolina, cornstarch, baking powder and Green Sweet liquid stevia caramel. Place this in an oven dish and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
