Apple crumble cakes
What do you need?
For the bottom
- 45 g apple sauce
- 20 g (vegetable) butter melted
- 90 g wheat flour
- 2 tbsp caramel syrup green sweet
For the crumbs
- 45 g apple sauce

- 1 tsp cinnamon
For the filling
- 3 apples
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp cinnamon
How to make?
Preheat the oven to 180°C top and bottom heat.
Line a 12x12 cm baking tin with baking paper.
Add the ingredients for the bottom together and knead it into a smooth dough! And roll out this dough into a slice of 12x12 cm. And put it in the baking tin.
Bake the base in the oven for 6 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the apples, cut them into small pieces and bake them with the cinnamon and possibly extra Syrup in a goofy.
Make a paste of the cornstarch with water and mix it through the apples. Now divide this over the bottom.
For the crumbs, mix all the ingredients together. Mix with a mixer to form crumbs. Sprinkle this over the apples.
Bake the cake for about 25-30 minutes until done and golden brown.
