Responsible pear cake with cardamom
What do you need?
- 100 g vegetable butter
- 80 g Erythritol
- 30 g vanilla sugar substitute
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 banana
- 180 g almond milk
- 200 g wheat flour
- 10 g baking powder
- 2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 pears
How to make?
- Preheat the oven to 180°C top and bottom heat
- Mash the banana and mix it with the milk.
- Sift the flour, baking powder and spices. Peel and slice the pears.
- Melt the butter with the sugar substitutes and vanilla extract in a saucepan over low heat. Then mix this with the milk. Add the flour and spatula this together until a smooth batter.
- Cover the baking tin with baking paper and divide the pear slices over the bottom. Pour the batter over this and make sure the batter is evenly distributed.
- Bake the cake for about 45 minutes until golden brown and done!
