What do you need?

  • 100 g vegetable butter
  • 80 g Erythritol
  • 30 g vanilla sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 banana
  • 180 g almond milk
  • 200 g wheat flour
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 pears
  •  

How to make? 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C top and bottom heat
  • Mash the banana and mix it with the milk.
  • Sift the flour, baking powder and spices. Peel and slice the pears.
  • Melt the butter with the sugar substitutes and vanilla extract in a saucepan over low heat. Then mix this with the milk. Add the flour and spatula this together until a smooth batter.
  • Cover the baking tin with baking paper and divide the pear slices over the bottom. Pour the batter over this and make sure the batter is evenly distributed.
  • Bake the cake for about 45 minutes until golden brown and done!
