Chocolate mousse
What do you need ?
- 1 jar of chickpeas
- 4 bananas
- 80 g cocoa powder
- 50g peanut butter (100%)
- 2 tsp almond extract
- 32 g Green Sweet Sweet Vanilla
How to make
1. Collect the liquid from the chickpeas and pour it into a bowl
2. Add the Green Sweet Sweet Vanilla and almond extract and beat the aquafaba until firm peaks form.
3. Mash the bananas, cocoa powder and peanut butter until smooth.
4. Carefully fold in 10-12 tbsp aquafaba foam. Save the rest of the foam for the topping.
5. Divide the chocolate mousse over 4 jars or glasses and top with the rest of the aquafaba foam. Sprinkle with cocoa nibs if desired.
