The holidays are just around the corner and so is the idea for many of them to eat a lot of all kinds of tasty things. Sweet, fat and, above all, high in calories. I understand very well that this is certainly not the period to pay attention to weight. It's the holidays after all! But why choose unhealthy if it can be very healthy(er)? There came Mina with the sugar-free pavlova. Almost indistinguishable from the sugared variant. Without refined sugars. Just as good, if not better. Enjoy without regrets and to the fullest.
