What do you need:
  • 25 grams of self-raising flour
  • 5g Wey protein @myprotein (vanilla/cinnamon recommended)
  • 10g unsweetened applesauce
  • 20 g low-fat yogurt/cottage cheese
  • 10g Greensweet erythritol
  • 30 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

How to make the mug cake:

1. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until you have a smooth batter.

2. Pour the batter into a greased microwave dish.

3. Microwave at 750W for 1-1.5 minutes until fully cooked. It should come out a little moist/sticky.

4. Make the icing by mixing Greensweet Icing and milk/water, pour it on and enjoy!
