Mug cake with cinnamon in 2 minutes
What do you need:
- 25 grams of self-raising flour
- 5g Wey protein @myprotein (vanilla/cinnamon recommended)
- 10g unsweetened applesauce
- 20 g low-fat yogurt/cottage cheese
- 10g Greensweet erythritol
- 30 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
for the glaze:
- 1 tbsp Greensweet Icing
- 1 tbsp almond milk (to desired thickness)
How to make the mug cake:
1. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
2. Pour the batter into a greased microwave dish.
3. Microwave at 750W for 1-1.5 minutes until fully cooked. It should come out a little moist/sticky.
4. Make the icing by mixing Greensweet Icing and milk/water, pour it on and enjoy!
