Peanut Butter & Jelly Overnight Oats
What do you need;
-65 gr gluten-free oatmeal Albert Heijn
-20gr pea protein from pulsinhq
-10 grams chia seeds
-2 tablespoons of peanut butter in powder form or homemade peanut butter
-30gr Greek style yogurt
-220 ml unsweetened almond milk
- handful of raspberries
Topping: 100% peanut butter Albert Heijn pretzels, raspberries, sugar-free jam
How to make these overnight oats:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the raspberries and topping.
Cover the bowl with foil and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, the overnight oats are ready to eat when it is thick and creamy.
Start by filling your glass with the overnight oats mixture, followed by a layer of yogurt & fresh raspberries.
Finish with overnight oats and finish with peanut butter, jelly, pretzels and fresh raspberries.
