blueberry cake
Ingredients 10 slices:
-180gr oat flour
-40gr collagen power from north code
-80gr linseed
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
-4 eggs
-1 banana
-50gr Greensweet Syrup Vanilla
-20gr melted coconut oil
-100gr blueberries + more to the top
How to make this delicious cake:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line your baking pan with baking paper.
Mix all dry ingredients for the cake together.
Mix eggs, banana, coconut oil and Greensweet Syrup Vanilla in a blender.
Add the wet mixture to the dry and stir until there are no more dry spots.
Stir the blueberries into the mixture and pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for 25 minutes, then add some extra blueberries and bake until the surface is golden brown and the toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool completely before slicing.
