The best of both worlds together

in one breakie: overnight oats & chia pudding!

What you need for 4-5 servings:

Overnight oats:

-200gr oatmeal

-60 gr 100% peanut, cashew & almond butter

-30gr Greensweet Syrup Choco

-240gr Greek yogurt

-400 ml unsweetened almond milk

-20gr raw cocoa powder.

-3 scoops of collagen powder @noordcode

-1/2 chopped dark chocolate bar with MCT oil @noordcode

Chia pudding:

-10 tbsp chia seeds

-450 ml unsweetened almond milk

-1 mashed banana

- a few drops of Greensweet liquid stevia Vanilla

How to make this delicacy:

Mix all the ingredients for overnight oats together, stirring until there are no more dry spots.

Cover the bowl and let it cool overnight in the fridge.

In another bowl, combine the chia pudding ingredients. Cover the bowl and let it cool overnight in the fridge.

Start the next morning by adding a layer of overnight oats

For that extra crunch, I added some gluten-free puffed oats in the middle.

Follow with the chia pudding and finish with the overnight oats.
