What do you need (large cake, 12-13 slices): ⁣

-130gr gluten-free self-raising flour
-40gr vegetarian protein powder
-2 tsp baking powder ⁣
-1 teaspoon of baking soda
-3 medium ripe bananas ⁣
-60gr dark tahini
-60gr coconut oil ⁣
-2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
-2 eggs ⁣
-65gr Greensweet erythritol
-50gr omega seed mix
-a pinch of salt ⁣
-1 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon ⁣

This is how you make it:

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and line a cake tin with baking paper.
Add the bananas, tahini, coconut oil and milk to a blender and blend slowly until just combined.
Pour the batter into a large bowl and add the eggs. Then add the flour, protein powder, erythritol, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Stir until there are no more dry patches, then add the omega seed mixture. ⁣
Pour the batter into your oblong cake tin and sprinkle some more omega seeds on top. ⁣
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool completely before cutting
I highly recommend spreading some nut butter and fresh berries on it!
