Chocolate banana cake
What do you need:
-80gr gluten-free oat flour
-65gr almond flour
-50gr cocoa powder
-50gr vegetarian protein powder
-90gr Greensweet Erythritol
-2 tsp baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon of backing soda
-a pinch of salt
-3 ripe bananas
-1 egg
-120gr coconut oil (room temperature)
-120 ml unsweetened almond milk
-8 drops of Greensweet liquid stevia chocolate (to your own taste)
-100gr dark chocolate drops
This is how you make this chocolate cake:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Cover a cake tin with baking paper.
In a medium bowl, combine oatmeal, almond flour, protein powder, cocoa, erythritol, baking soda, backing soda, and salt.
Add the bananas, coconut oil and milk in a blender. Don't blend too long!
Add this mix and the egg to the dry ingredients.
Stir everything well until there are no more dry spots.
Stir half of the chocolate drops into the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin and place the remaining chocolate drops on top.
Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven and check if it is done by pricking the cake with a toothpick / skewer and it should come out clean.
I know it's really hard not to touch this cake already, but you really have to wait for it to cool completely before you can cut and eat!
