Snack balls
These delicious Snack balls are really great! Delicious with tea or if you just feel like something sweet in between!
What do you need:
- 75 grams of oatmeal
- 50 grams of coconut flour
- 20 grams of cocoa powder
- 70 grams of fresh dates
- 200 ml almond milk
- 10 grams of coconut oil (optional)
- 25 grams of Greensweet Syrup Gold
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
For additional decoration:
for blue color: coconut grater with spirulina
for pink color: coconut grater with dragon fruit powder
This is how you make them:
Pit the dates and let them soften in a bowl of boiling water for 5 minutes.
Add all ingredients in a food processor.
Grind the ingredients and make sure that it becomes a firm sticky batter.
Make balls of the batter and prepare 2 bowls for decoration.
Roll one ball through the coconut grater with spirulina and the other through the coconut grater with dragon fruit powder.
Then put them in the fridge for 30 minutes and enjoy!
